What to include
- Working title and book type
- Author/editor names, affiliations and short bios
- Summary (300–500 words) and intended audience
- Table of contents with chapter abstracts
- Estimated length, figures and delivery date
- Competing or related titles
- A sample chapter, if available
For edited volumes, also describe how chapters will be solicited and reviewed.
