Appeals

Authors who believe an editorial decision was wrong may appeal within 30 days by emailing contact@americantechpublication.org. Explain the grounds and respond to the reviewer comments. Appeals are handled by the Editor-in-Chief or by an editor who had no part in the original decision. The appeal decision is final.

Complaints

Complaints about the review process, editorial conduct, delays, or the publisher may be sent to the same address. We aim to acknowledge complaints within 10 working days and to resolve them in line with COPE guidance. Complaints about the Editor-in-Chief may be addressed to the publisher, American Tech Publication.
